English schools typically hold summer camps each year. If you are looking at just teaching a few months in Taiwan, summer camps aren’t really the answer. Most of the teachers working at the summer camps are already employed by the schools working afternoons and evenings teaching classes and during the summer they also teach in the mornings.

Schools prefer teachers to stay at least one year as if teachers come and go too often it affects how long students stay at the school.
